Know your numbers on every job.

From the first proposal to the final holdback release: contracts, change orders, bidding, scheduling, and invoicing in one system, so the money picture of every job is live instead of assembled at month-end.

From $95/month per company. Never per user, never per project.

build · project overview
A Tenvia Build project: revenue invoiced against approved, expenses paid against committed, cash flow and forecast profit, above the project’s transactions.
Why Tenvia Build

Three things the tools you've priced don't do.

Not promises. These are in the product today, at a per-company price.

Every cost on its job, and the profit live

Purchase orders, vendor bills and expenses each land on the project they belong to, so profit moves the day the cost does. The same records go to QuickBooks without anyone typing them twice.

Costs come in
Purchase orders, signed by the vendor
Vendor bills against those orders
Expenses paid by card or cheque
On the project they belong to
Committed, incurred and paid, against the contract and every approved change
Profit and margin, the day the cost lands
In QuickBooks, both ways
Invoices, bills, payments and expenses, with attachments
Books current for your accountant and at tax time

Real bid management, finally affordable

Invite trades to bid on a locked scope, compare like for like, then award, and the PO goes out for signature with the awarded number on it. The tools that do this start at $22,000 a year.

Built for how Canada builds

Both holdback kinds withheld right on the invoice. Per-line taxes. WSIB and insurance tracked per trade with expiry chasing. The US platforms treat Canada as an afterthought; we started here.

One system

The whole job, in the order the job runs.

Bid it out and hold every trade to the same scope.

Split the job into trade packages, invite your vendors, and lock the scope so every bid prices the same rows. Compare, award, and the purchase order carries the awarded number straight into your committed costs.

  • RFQ invitations with a private link per vendor
  • Like-for-like bid comparison on locked scope lines
  • Award → e-signed purchase order, one step
  • Vendor scorecards and response rates over time
build · rfq · electrical
RFQ bid leveling: invited vendors with statuses and quotes, and a side-by-side bid comparison on identical scope lines.

Every trade's paperwork, chased automatically.

Insurance certificates, WSIB clearances, and trade licences, all tracked per vendor with expiry dates that change colour before they become a site problem. The vendor keeps one profile; reminders go out without you writing them.

  • Compliance documents with review and expiry status
  • Automatic expiry reminders to the vendor
  • One shared vendor profile across their clients
  • Full audit trail on every vendor record
build · vendor · compliance
Vendor compliance tab: liability insurance, WSIB clearance, and trade licence with numbers, expiry dates, and review status.

Schedule it, dispatch it, log it.

Build the schedule from the contract, send each trade its dates, and see who is on which site this week. The daily log keeps the record of what happened, with photos and the weather, and the catalog keeps your costs in one place for the next estimate.

  • A Gantt per project, with dates dispatched to vendors who confirm by link
  • One board of every site this week, with double bookings flagged
  • Daily log with photos, weather and PDF reports
  • RFIs sent to the client by link, answered in one thread
  • A catalog of labour, equipment and material costs
Vendor portal
  • One login across every contractor a vendor works with
  • Dispatch dates to confirm and daily log entries to submit
  • Price lists sent straight to your catalog for review
  • Bids to price and purchase orders to sign
  • A company profile and compliance documents kept current once

Sign it, change it, bill it, all on the record.

Proposals go out for e-signature and become the contract. Every change order is its own signed document with its own audit trail, which is the thing disputes actually turn on. Then bill progressively against the schedule of values, with holdback withheld the way it has to be.

  • Proposal → e-signed contract, one document, one record
  • Change orders signed individually, credits included
  • Progress invoicing with both holdback kinds withheld
  • Fixed price or cost-plus, per project
  • A client portal with the contract, approved changes and invoices

Pricing

Per company. Not per user, not per project.

Three tiers in Canadian dollars. Everyone you put on the system is included, office and field, and the bill never moves because a week was busy.

What separates the tiers is how far through the job you go and how many projects you run: proposals and documents on Starter, the money picture on Growth, bidding and compliance on Scale. Users are never counted on any of them, and a 12-month term takes 10% or 15% off.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, per company, per month, exclusive of applicable taxes.
