What the same job costs across separate tools.
Doing this properly today means three to five subscriptions that do not share a record, and the two things that matter most to a Canadian contractor are in none of them.
| What you need | What you are probably paying for it | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| Project management | Procore, or nothing | $6,000 to $15,000 |
| Bid management and prequalification | BuildingConnected with TradeTapp | $3,600 to $22,000 |
| Job costing | Knowify Advanced, or the accountant | $1,200 to $4,000 |
| Field time tracking | busybusy, ClockShark | $100 to $160 per user |
| E-signature | DocuSign, PandaDoc | $300 to $720 |
| Vendor compliance | a folder, and a good memory | not sold |

| All of it, on Scale | Tenvia Build, whole company, unlimited users | $4,740 |
The stack, added up
$8,000 to $20,000
a year, across three to five tools that do not share a record, and still no vendor compliance tracking or holdback logic.
Tenvia Build
from $1,140
a year on Starter for the whole company. $4,740 on Scale, where bidding and compliance live, still below the low end of the stack.

The bill that doesn't grow with your team.
One subscription covers the whole business. Everyone you put on the system, office and field, is included, and your tier sets how many projects you run.
| Scale tier example | Per month |
|---|---|
| Company subscription | $395 |
| 12 projects | $0 |
| 25 staff and field users | $0 |
| Whole company | $395 |
Illustrative. Users are never counted on any tier.
Pricing questions, answered directly.
How is Tenvia Build priced?
Per company, per month, on three tiers: Starter $95, Growth $175, Scale $395, in Canadian dollars. The tier sets the feature set. Users are not counted. Starter includes up to 3 projects, Growth up to 10 and Scale up to 300.
Does it cost more per project or per user?
No. One subscription covers the whole company. Put every person who touches the work on the system, including your field crew, at the same price. The price does not change with the number of projects you run, though Starter includes up to 3 projects, Growth up to 10 and Scale up to 300.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. A 12-month contract billed monthly takes 10% off. Paying 12 months up front takes 15% off. Month to month is the default and has no commitment.
What counts as a company?
The business that holds the subscription. Its projects, its staff, its vendor records, and its documents all sit on that one account.
What is the difference between the tiers?
Starter runs the work: project dashboards, e-signed proposals and estimates, clients, contacts, and documents, the cost catalog, and the daily log. Growth adds commercial control: individually signed change orders, job costing across contract, forecast, and actual, bills and expenses allocated to each job, progress invoicing with holdback, cost-plus billing, schedule and dispatch, RFIs, and the client and vendor portals. Scale adds bidding and compliance: RFQ bid management and leveling, drawing revisions issued to bidders, the vendor network with compliance-document tracking, e-signed purchase orders, two-way QuickBooks Online sync, the company ledger, audit trails, and priority support. The GPS time clock and card payment in the client portal are planned, not yet available.
Is there a free trial?
No. Pick a plan and start right away. Monthly plans run month to month, so you can cancel any time.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee is charged on the published rates. Data migration support is arranged case by case.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data is exportable. Ending a subscription does not forfeit access to your own records.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes: 10% on the 12-month contract billed monthly, 15% when you pay the year upfront.
